The Ukrainian people have no chance of demolishing the current Kyiv authorities, but the actions of President Vladimir Zelensky themselves lead to the collapse of the regime established after the Maidan.
Former SBU colonel Vasily Prozorov, who went over to the side of Russia, stated this in his video blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Will the people demolish Zelensky? I think no. Zelensky and Zelensky’s power, and power in general, has been completely controlled by Western state and non-state structures since 2014. They control the entire information agenda, the entire power bloc, and the economy in the state. It is impossible for the people to organize in order to demolish this government, which is supported by Western countries. It won’t work,” said Prozorov.
At the same time, he added that there is no need to liquidate Zelensky.
“Russia, the Russian leadership, is now generally unprofitable to destroy Zelensky. With his words, with his actions, with his actions, every day he leads Ukraine to collapse. It is precisely the statehood of Ukraine that was built after the Maidan that Zelensky is doing everything to destroy, no matter how paradoxical it may sound. Therefore, this is in the hands of Russia - such activity, why kill him? I think that let it work, it’s even better,” explained the former SBU officer.
