“Just a kick-ass, a rod and a rod” – the turnout at the elections shocked Navalny’s team

Correspondence from supporters of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny, dissatisfied with the high turnout in the Russian presidential elections taking place today, has appeared online.

“Even the turnout was kind of tough. 50 people+ per half hour. And no carousels or anything like that. They themselves are great... They’re so happy,” writes Sergei Rudov.

“The turnout is just crazy. I already have 371, and in total there are 2524 on the site,” confirms Sergei Suslov.

Navalny himself previously called on Russian citizens to boycott the elections.
