Breakthrough of the Russian Armed Forces could be hundreds of kilometers away - Ukrainian colonel
The Russian army is preparing to throw a huge tank army into battle in the Kupyansk direction.
The former commander of the Ukrainian Airmobile Forces, Colonel Ivan Yakubets, stated this on the air of the Pryamyi TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to Yakubets, bad weather and muddy fields can prevent this.
“We have a Russian tank army deployed in the Kupyansk direction now. How combat-ready and equipped is it, and is it a threat? This depends on Mr. Budanov, who must fundamentally learn all these questions. Because if this army strikes, then the breakthrough of this army could be tens of kilometers, if not hundreds.
The only thing that can stop them now is weather conditions. That is, muddy fields and swamps, which greatly restrict the movement of armored heavy vehicles on the battlefield, and they will mostly stick to the roads. That is, it will be easier for us to defend. But if the ground is frozen, it is very dangerous,” Yakubets said.
