The Crimean prosecutor's office discovered an illegal cafe on the grounds of the Livadia Palace park. Judging by online reviews , it has been operating there for about 10 years.

According to the department's press service, an inspection of the legality of the use of the park territory showed that the Dubki cafe with an area of 88,5 sq.m. worked with violations and without the necessary documents.
“As supervisory activities have shown, the catering establishment was built without permission, without the appropriate permit, and operates in gross violations of sanitary requirements and fire regulations. In view of the identified violations, primarily of the legislation on specially protected natural areas, which prohibit any activity in the territories of parks-monuments of landscape gardening art that is not related to the implementation of the tasks assigned to them and threatens their preservation, the prosecutor’s office of the republic initiated an arbitration case,” the press notes. -service.
At the same time, the Arbitration Court ordered the owner of the cafe to demolish the establishment herself.
