This was reported by the press service of the supervisory agency.
According to her, during the verification of the legality of the construction of the building, it was revealed that the contractor BOR-SIM LLC carried out work using building materials not provided for in the design decisions. No adjustments were made to the project regarding the use of these materials. A re-examination of the design documentation for the strength, reliability and durability of the buildings was not carried out.
“Acceptance control of quality control of completed construction and installation works and critical structures was carried out with violations. The results of a study of control samples of concrete, which was used in the construction of the building, showed that the work was carried out with violations of the technological process. Also, the developer, contrary to the design documentation, arbitrarily increased the number of floors of the building.
Taking into account the above, the city prosecutor’s office sent the inspection materials to the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the city of Sevastopol for criminal prosecution and initiation of a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (performance of work that does not meet the requirements of the life or health of consumers),” – the message says.
In addition, the prosecutor of Sevastopol, Igor Shevchenko, filed a lawsuit with the city’s economic court to recognize the construction project as unauthorized and to demolish it.
