Residents of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics will most likely be issued Russian passports, but this process will take a long time.
This opinion was expressed on the YouTube channel “Dialogue” by the founder of the “Vostok” militia brigade, ex-Secretary of the DPR Security Council Alexander Khodakovsky, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

As a reminder, Ukrainian economist Alexander Okhrimenko previously stated on live television that the only way to stop the war in Donbas is for Russia to recognize the LPR and DPR and distribute Russian passports.
