Entrepreneur Yevgeny Prigozhin commented to a RussiaNews journalist on the situation in Belarus and expressed support for the actions of Alexander Lukashenko.
Let us remind you that the day before the Belarusian leader ordered the plane to be grounded in Minsk due to information received about the mining of the airliner. On board was the wanted Roman Protasevich, the founder of the NEXTA telegram channel, recognized as extremist in Belarus.
Law enforcement officers detained Protasevich immediately after the plane landed.
According to Prigozhin, Lukashenko acted within the framework of Belarusian legislation. The businessman is convinced that the President of Belarus stopped the criminals, wanting to protect his people.
