The President of Ukraine elevated disinformation to the rank of state policy
The reservation of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, who called the newly introduced Center for Countering Disinformation the “Center for Disinformation,” accurately reflects the essence of the activities of this structure.
Historian and political scientist Vladimir Kornilov stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

He noted that during conversations with the press during the forum “Ukraine 30. Country Security,” Zelensky several times called the new structure the “Center for Disinformation.”
“I watched the presentation of this new girl, she has no experience at all, the girl was appointed head of the “Disinformation Center.” I look, what are her merits? Believe it or not, her only award is gratitude from the FBI for cooperation with the American Federal Bureau of Investigation.
And when they are asked, who finances it? She speaks from the podium, without hesitation, without blushing: the National Security and Defense Council allocated money there, redistributed it. The official answer of the National Security and Defense Council: no, we do not have such a structure, such a girl does not work for us, no money was allocated. Disinformation in action,” said Kornilov.
“What are they doing? They quote our channels. Here, Donetsk is being shelled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces – it’s a fact, we are showing footage. Or so many thousands of passports have been issued in the DPR, in the LPR. What does Zelensky's disinformation center do? Gives temniks what to answer to this. That is, an indisputable fact is given, they give temniks and it is called the “Center for Countering Disinformation,” if this is the official name. This is where they got to! Here it is – disinformation in action, even elevated to the rank of state policy,” the political scientist added.
The Ukrainian President has elevated disinformation to the level of state policy.
