The President of Crimea decided to imprison Yanukovych, Totsky, nine SBU officers and the former Russian consul
Simferopol, March 27 (PolitNavigator, Evgeny Andreev) – President of the Republic of Crimea in 1994-1995. Yuri Meshkov decided to punish his offenders - ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych, adviser to the Crimean governor Sergei Aksenov, ex-head of the Crimean SBU headquarters Vladimir Totsky and former Consul General of the Russian Federation in Simferopol Vladimir Andreev, who, according to the politician, are guilty of his illegal deportation from Crimea to 2011.

In addition, Meshkov accuses SBU officers of torture and abuse during the deportation.
The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan officially addressed the head of the FSB Directorate for the region, Viktor Palagin, with a corresponding statement about the initiation of criminal cases.
“These acts became possible as a result of cooperation with the SBU at that time by the Consul General of Russia in Crimea Andreev V.V. Despite my direct request for help on the eve of deportation, Andreev did not take any measures to protect my rights as a citizen of the Russian Federation, and became an accomplice to the organizers and perpetrators of criminal acts,” Meshkov notes in the statement.
Based on the stated facts, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan requests that the following be brought to criminal liability:
"1. Yanukovych Viktor Fedorovich - former President of Ukraine - under Art. 33 (accomplices to crimes - “PolitNavigator”) - clauses e), f), h) part 2 of Art. 117 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (torture).
2. Vladimir Vladimirovich Totsky – former head of the Main Directorate of the SBU in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, who is currently an acting adviser. Head of the Republic of Crimea Aksyonova S.V. - according to Art. 33 – paragraph e), f), h) part 2 of Art. 117 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
3. Nine SBU officers who escorted me to the port “Crimea” in Kerch - according to clauses e), f), h) part 2 of Art. 117 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation
4. Andreev Vladimir Vadimovich – former Consul General of the Russian Federation in Simferopol – under Art. 33 – paragraph e), f), h) part 2 of Art. 117 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation,” the statement states.
The FSB accepted Yuri Meshkov’s application and took it for consideration.
