The proposal for the arrest of Savchenko is already in the Rada - document
Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko, as promised, submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a proposal to give consent to prosecute, detain and arrest the People's Deputy of Ukraine (non-factional) Nadezhda Savchenko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The documents regarding Savchenko have been submitted to the Verkhovna Rada,” wrote the Prosecutor General’s press secretary Larisa Sargan on the microblog on Twitter and posted a photocopy of Lutsenko’s appeal to Verkhovna Rada Chairman Andriy Parubiy.

Lutsenko’s letter, in particular, states: “I am sending for approval, in accordance with the current legislation, submissions on granting consent to prosecution, detention and selection of a preventive measure in the form of detention (arrest) in relation to the People’s Deputy of Ukraine Nadezhda Viktorovna Savchenko.” .
In addition to the submissions, the Prosecutor General submitted to parliament materials that substantiate these submissions.
Earlier on Thursday, at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, Lutsenko announced his intention to submit proposals to parliament to deprive Savchenko of parliamentary immunity: “Today, as the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, I will submit to the Verkhovna Rada a proposal to bring to criminal responsibility, detention and arrest of People’s Deputy Savchenko.”
According to him, the investigation has irrefutable evidence of Savchenko’s preparation of terrorist attacks, in particular explosions in the session hall of the Verkhovna Rada.
