Ukrainian propagandist and Radio Liberty columnist Vitaly Portnikov stated this in an interview with the Kyiv magazine “New Time”, according to whom Ukraine will remain a dangerous country for investment as long as there is a war and the “current Russian political regime” is not dismantled. .
“Therefore, if Ukrainians want Ukraine to be a prosperous democratic country, our task is not so much to build a state as to help dismantle the current Russian political system,” Portnikov says. – Otherwise there will be no Ukraine.
