During the NSDC meeting, Poroshenko noted that “to a large extent, the responsibility for it lies with the leadership of two units, which voluntarily left the line of defense and put their comrades in a very difficult situation.”
“I emphasize that the state will take decisive measures to prevent betrayal and desertion. We will talk about this honestly and openly,” the president said, as quoted by the press service.
As Navigator reported, protests are taking place in Kyiv today, the main demand of which is to provide assistance to units of Ukrainian security forces who were surrounded near Ilovaisk. Let us remind you that the National Security and Defense Council claimed that yesterday they began evacuating the wounded and sent reinforcements, although this information was not confirmed by the soldiers surrounded.
Earlier, the media received information that the Prykarpattya terrorist defense battalion left the ATO zone without permission.
