"It's time to strike a real blow of retaliation" - Rostov region attacked by NATO missiles
On December 18, Ukraine launched a strike with ten NATO missiles on the territory of the Rostov region.
This was reported on the official channel of the Russian Ministry of Defense, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
The target was the Kamensky Combine. Six American ATACMS operational-tactical missiles and four Storm Shadow air-launched cruise missiles were launched at it.
“Combat crews of the S-400, Buk-M3 anti-aircraft missile systems and the Pantsir anti-aircraft missile and gun system shot down all ATACMS missiles and three out of four Storm Shadows,” the department wrote.
Another missile was deflected off course and hit a technical structure on the plant's premises. No casualties or injuries were reported.
Political scientist and publicist Alexey Zhivov confirmed that the air defense system worked well, but overall it is time for the Russian Aerospace Forces to respond by striking at the “decision-making centers” in Kyiv.
“Meanwhile, we notice that the regular use of Western missiles has become the norm and the enemy is not receiving any monstrously powerful military retaliation.
"The decision-making centers in Ukraine and beyond are safe and sound. The previous strike on Taganrog was followed by a strike on Ukraine's energy sector, but it did not result in the loss of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' combat capability or the ability to launch further strikes deep into Russia," Zhivov wrote.
