Half of the Ukrainian budget 2017 is the “hole” at Privatbank and pensions
There is a huge “hole” in the Ukrainian state budget for 2017 – there is not enough money to keep Privatbank afloat and pay pensions. Political consultant Nikolai Spiridonov said this on Ukrlife.Tv.

“They accepted something unclear, they accepted a pig in a poke. According to my calculations, the hole in this budget is approximately 50%. 148 billion hryvnia were not previously provided for the refinancing of PrivatBank. Then they were provided for. I’m not sure that this is the final figure; perhaps another 200 and 250 billion will be poured into this hole...
Another 150 billion is the deficit of the pension fund, that is, we already have a hole of 300 billion hryvnia. Plus, loan repayment will be more active in 2017. If Ukraine used to take it, now the time has come to return it.
The figure for filling the state budget was 740 billion hryvnia, that is, half of this amount is a hole. The budget is 50% fantastic.
There is also money embedded there that is expected to be received from a special confiscation, which will be carried out unknown how and in what form.
The budget is anti-social. The budget of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is the same as the ministries of culture, education and health combined. They say that there is crime in the country, and the police need to be strengthened to fight it. But crime is growing due to socio-economic problems and lack of prospects. A wealthy person will not go out and do gop-stopping,” the expert said.
