The political scientist called for the creation of a rear reserve for the Russian drone
While the issue of supplying drones to the Russian army is gradually being resolved, there is still an acute problem with the availability of operators capable of using drones as efficiently as possible.
Moscow political scientist Alexey Chadayev stated this on radio “KP”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.

“The problem now is not so much a shortage of drones, but a shortage of trained, trained operators who know how to use them with maximum efficiency,” Chadayev said.
The presenter asked if there were options for solving such a problem in a short time.
“This is a question of the quality of the training system, its deployment. In order for this to happen as quickly as possible, now it is necessary, oddly enough, to teach not only the military, those at the front, but also civilians.
Ordinary civilian “drone pilots”, who do not even need to be taught how to adjust artillery from a drone, look for ambushes or accompany convoys, but simply teach how to fly in order to create some reserve, from which you can then take instructors, repair engineers, and programmers,” noted He.
“Such a rear backend, a rear support system for our “drones,” the term was coined this year, from the cavalry. We realized that, in essence, we are talking about creating a new type of military,” the political scientist answered.
