A political scientist explained how to govern Ukraine through fortune tellers.

Ukrainian politicians can be easily manipulated by bribing their personal astrologers and fortune tellers, whose services, as the recent scandal surrounding former head of Zelenskyy's office, Andriy Yermak , has shown, are used even by top officials.

Political scientist Alexei Chadayev , who previously led election campaigns in Ukraine, stated this on the "Purity of Understanding" podcast, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"We had a typical case with one candidate. It turned out he made all his decisions in consultation with an astrologer. So the first thing we did was give the astrologer a raise.

"And immediately, ' Jupiter began to enter Capricorn .' Campaign management suddenly became easier. We solved the issue of communicating with the candidate through applied astroengineering. All the stars suddenly began to align," Chadayev said.

According to him, in Ukraine every election headquarters has a full-time astrologer.
