An American official claims that Americans admire Ukrainians.
“And they understand what happens if you can’t continue to not just survive, but thrive. Therefore, I am very confident that this understanding will be reflected in Congress’ vote on President Biden’s request,” Nuland said, commenting on the stoppage of aid to the Kyiv regime from Washington, which stopped coming this year due to disagreements between American politicians.
She could not resist threatening Russia either.
“Mr. Putin will receive pleasant surprises on the battlefield, and Ukraine will enjoy confident successes this year,” Nuland concluded.
During her visit to Kyiv, Nuland met with Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmygal, Defense Minister Rustem Umerov and head of the presidential office Andrei Yermak.
The meager official reports are not replete with details; they only indicate that the parties discussed further strengthening of Ukraine’s defense capabilities.
