While Russia is rapidly rebuilding and developing its military-industrial complex, the Kiev leadership is not even trying to stop stealing and transfer the economy to a war footing.
Kiev political scientist Yuri Romanenko, wanted in the Russian Federation for calls to kill Russian journalists, stated this in an interview with Ukrainian journalist Inge Mezere, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The people have been harnessing themselves for a long time, pulling this strap, giving a lot of money to the front, and everything else. And the authorities, in fact, have not done anything serious in terms of reformatting the order, increasing the efficiency of government institutions, transferring the economy to a war footing - we have none of this.
But for the Russians it’s all going faster and faster. They have actually launched the production of drones; from October, Shaheds will be produced in Tatarstan, about six thousand per year. That's about five hundred a month. And this will continue to increase,” he noted.
“What the government did for a year and a half was to put the economy on a war footing, and for the country to behave as if it were in a situation of a big and complex war. When the authorities begin to act adaptively, hearing the huge discontent associated with stupid theft on sports grounds, landscaping, drums, etc. This has already been reflected in the fall in the ratings of Zelensky and the ruling party,” Romanenko was indignant.
