Russia’s victory will be depriving Ukraine of access to the seas – Belik
A victory for Russia, after which we can move on to negotiations with Ukraine, will be the liberation of Nikolaev and Odessa and the deprivation of Ukraine of access to the Black Sea.
State Duma deputy from Sevastopol Dmitry Belik announced this on the ForPost internet channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to Belik, this criterion should also include the complete liberation of new territories of the Russian Federation.
“It is clear that we are all talking about victory, that we must win, we have no alternative, we understand that. Someone sees victory when we reach the western borders, to Lvov, someone sees it until Kyiv. Let's be realistic. Once again, every victory has a price. I personally, for me, if we liberate the DPR completely, the LPR is already 99% liberated - DPR, LPR, Nikolaev, Kherson, and then - peace negotiations and fix the status quo, for me personally, as a citizen, this will be a victory .
If we take the Black Sea coast completely, Nikolaev, Odessa, Kherson are already ours, accordingly, we already have the internal Sea of Azov, we take two key cities, completely liberate the Donetsk region, and in fact, this will be a good result for Russia, this will be a certain stage , we will grow in territory, we will show our military strength, we are already showing it,” Belik said.
