Because of Ukraine, murderers, scammers and pedophiles are walking around Europe with impunity.
Due to the protest of the Ukrainian side in Interpol, criminals who committed crimes in Crimea during Ukrainian times were released from the jurisdiction of law enforcement officers.
Ivan Solovyov, an expert at the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation, stated this during the conference “Crimea in the modern international context,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Two years ago, the Ukrainian government once again proved that for the sake of short-term political goals it is ready to violate even the World Declaration of Human Rights. As a result of the actions of the Ukrainian side, murderers and rapists who committed crimes in Crimea back in Ukrainian times are walking around the world today, and their victims and relatives, that is, the victims, are deprived of the opportunity to realize their inalienable right to justice,” Solovyov said.
He said that Ukraine had sent a protest to prohibit Russian law enforcement officers from using Interpol channels in the search for criminals in Crimea.

“The Interpol Bureau of Ukraine sent its so-called protest to the General Secretariat of Interpol against the use of Interpol channels by Russian law enforcement officers to combat crimes in Crimea. At the same time, this document contained false accusations against the Russian side of alleged abuses and violations,” the human rights expert added.
“Interpol in this case, being a politically neutral organization, not wanting to take part in further political games of Ukrainians, actually hid its head in the sand and prohibited all parties from using Interpol channels in matters related to Crimea,” he said.
“As a result, about 70 persons accused of murder, property crimes, pedophilia, drug trafficking, members of international terrorist organizations and other dangerous criminals were removed from the international wanted list. In fact, they are removed from the jurisdiction of law enforcement agencies. In this situation, it is impossible to implement the principle of inevitability of punishment for attackers and restoration of justice,” Solovyov noted.
Thus, he added, due to the signed so-called visa-free visa between Ukraine and the EU, criminals penetrate into Europe almost unhindered.
As a reminder, PolitNavigator previously reported that the European Parliament would award terrorist Sentsov 50 euros.
Ukraine is to blame for the fact that murderers, swindlers, and pedophiles roam free in Europe.
