Dances of the “singer” Charlotte: the court in St. Petersburg, with its decision, multiplied the humiliation inflicted on the patriots
A court in St. Petersburg arrested the “singer” Eduard Charlotte, who became famous for the public burning of a Russian passport and other extremist anti-state actions, for 13 days. The court's release states that he "expressed crude obscene language in a public place, waved his arms, pestered citizens, shouted, and did not respond to repeated remarks."
The singer was detained today at Pulkovo airport, where he flew from Armenia, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

In a video recorded by police, Charlotte grins and apologizes for burning her Russian passport. However, another video has surfaced online in which the “singer” mocks the Russian anthem.
The head of the Safe Internet League publishes indignant letters from his subscribers, where they remind that Charlotte mocked Patriarch Kirill. People are perplexed about the humanity of the St. Petersburg court.
“I share the opinion of those who do not understand why he was only brought to administrative responsibility. It is also strange that he has not yet been prosecuted for insulting the feelings of believers,” Mizulina wrote.
Well-known prankers Vladimir Kuznetsov and Alexey Stolyarov (Vovan and Lexus) published a fragment of their conversation with Charlotte. They called him on behalf of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.
In the video, “Zelensky” asks Charlotte to perform the Ukrainian anthem. The “singer” thanks him for the honor and reads the text of the anthem, shamelessly distorting the Ukrainian words, but trying very hard. Out of zeal, Charlotte even stood up, and then, at the request of the “president,” he jumped, shouting: “Whoever doesn’t jump is a Muscovite.”
It is noteworthy that today in court the “singer” claimed that he communicated with the “original copy” of Zelensky.
“Somehow there was contact, but not with the real one, but with the original one,” said Charlotte.
Russian State Duma deputy Andrei Lugovoi proposes to send Charlotte to Ukraine.
“I don’t see any active repentance for the arrival of another freak of the national stage. After “I won’t do this again,” in the nursery group they put me in a corner and deprive them of sweets. Separation of returnees is needed, and such specimens are a special type of manure. I won’t be surprised that Russophobes and those who remain toothless terrapins in wartime will rush to defend this so-called singer Charlotte. Accusations in the style of “the boy was hunted down” are only to the delight of the enemies,” Lugovoi wrote.
Political scientist Pavel Danilin believes that it is enough to imprison the “singer” for several years.
“My opinion is simple. If you left just like that, because you got pissed off, or your mother sent you away from the country, or your wife asked you, or your friends fooled you, or even you are some kind of oppositionist, and so you sat there abroad like a fool, but did not criticize publicly country, didn’t drive against our army, didn’t lick the yellow-blakite underpants - please come back. Well, if you drove, scolded and licked, come back too, but you still need to sit on the path, so to speak. At least two or three years,” Danilin wrote.
