Bad news for lovers of Russian vodka
Since August 20, the price of vodka in the Russian Federation has risen in price.
This was reported by Ridus , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to the publication, this is due to the establishment of a single minimum price for vodka, which now does not depend on the proportion of pure alcohol in it. This order was signed by the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation and published on the legal information portal.
According to the order, the minimum price for a 0,5-liter bottle of vodka with a strength of 37-38 degrees will rise by an average of nine rubles, and for vodka with a strength of 38-39 degrees by four rubles.

As PolitNavigator previously reported, in the village of Baryshivka in the Kyiv region, a man stole and sold church bells to buy vodka.
Also in the Kyiv region, law enforcement officers seized 85 liters of alcohol containing dangerous impurities that was being prepared for sale.
