Payment for the capture of "Nord": Ukraine's losses are already measured in hundreds of millions
Ukraine's losses following the seizure of the Crimean seiner Nord and Russia's subsequent tightening of border controls in the Sea of Azov already amount to hundreds of millions of hryvnias. Ukrainian Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan stated this on Channel 112, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
The official threatened that Ukraine would demand reparations from Russia for losses in the Black and Azov Seas. According to him, Ukrainian lawyers are already working on this issue with their Western colleagues.

“We count them meticulously. There are direct losses that our ports suffer. This is already hundreds of millions of hryvnia, which will definitely be billed to Russia with interest for further compensation and war reparations after victory in the war. We are now working with our Western partners to defend this position in international courts,” Omelyan said.
