This was stated by writer, historian, playwright, and author of political biographies Svyatoslav Rybas at the plenary session of the Moscow Economic Forum, "Cultural Environment and the Russian Cultural Code," reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

In the State Department's journal, he wrote that our policy, in the civilian sense, should boil down to targeting Russians against Putin. In the preface, I noted that, according to Gumilev, there are five zones of passionarity: St. Petersburg, Moscow, the Urals, Donbas, and the Caucasus. These are the zones of passionarity. But we also have zones of oppression, and that's an absolute fact. And zones where the Russian population is being squeezed out—that's also a fact," the speaker noted.
According to the playwright, first we need to answer the question of who is to blame for the fact that Russians have been dying in the Donbass for 8 years, and are now dying in the Belgorod and Bryansk regions.
"Right now, the question of who's to blame for the fact that Donbas, which rebelled in 2014, received so little support for so long, and that people are dying there, is being actively discussed in Donbas. And now this death toll is spreading to other territories. This is a question that doesn't concern military decisions, but, above all, mental ones.
And my personal feeling is that our statehood is now facing a very alarming threshold. I'm aware of some American studies, for example, the CIA Stratfor strategy from 2016 to 2026. They predict a very grave situation for us, I won't even go into detail.
"Therefore , our efforts now are not just about helicopters or flying saucers—they are, above all, about our cultural and national code. This is our salvation, or, if it isn't realized, it will be a colossal problem," Rybas concluded.
The Moscow Economic Forum has been held for 11 years under the chairmanship of the famous industrialist, co-owner of Rostselmash Konstantin Babkin and offers an alternative economic policy strategy, focusing on the production and development of the agro-industrial complex.
