Former Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine and former Deputy Commander of the Special Operations Forces, Sergei Krivonos, announced this on the air of the Pryamyi TV channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
In addition, even if there were resources, the current government, according to Krivonos, is unable to carry out normal mobilization.
“The citizens of Ukraine need to clearly understand that when we receive this information from this perspective, this issue can improve the situation, but will not change it significantly in our favor. There will be no fracture. Because war is the ability of a state that is at war to provide the needs of the warring armed forces with weapons, ammunition for these weapons, equipment, logistics supplies of these weapons and many, many other issues...
Our citizen Zelensky said that he has five or six managers, so let him at least write down which of them is responsible for what. We don’t know who is responsible for the fortification equipment of the territory of Ukraine, who is responsible for the work of the civil sector in carrying out mobilization.
Although the existing law on mobilization stipulates who should do what, it is absolutely not implemented by the current government, including not implemented by the president himself, because there is potential who can be involved, and military generals could cope with this, they have enough organizational experience, they could lead and launch these things, and then I would still be confident that this process would go ahead.
