Russian President Vladimir Putin's main "weakness" is that he always delivers on his promises. Russia's so-called partners, from Turkey to India and China, skillfully exploit this.

Satanovsky believes that Russia is a "raw materials appendage" of China, but will not swear allegiance to anyone:
" Putin's peculiarity is that he won't go anywhere and swear allegiance to anyone. His weakest point—I won't even say weak —is that he always keeps his promises , no matter what. Someone else would simply kill him, but he keeps his word.
Whether it's Yeltsin's family or anyone else, he never backs down from his promises. It's a complete disaster . On the other hand, it's perfectly right and worthy of respect. But no one on the outside is grateful to him for it.
" We see this with Erdogan , we see it with everyone , even with Modi and oil, or anyone else. And in this regard , China, well, it will become a superpower , it will bite off Taiwan. We are already its resource appendage. Why should we swear allegiance to it?" Satanovsky said.
