This call was made at a press conference in Kyiv by the ex-deputy chairman of the SBU, chairman of the NGO “Union of Officers of Ukraine” Alexander Skipalsky, according to whom, in relation to Ukraine, “Putin will act proactively.”
“Therefore, please do not forget that 2016 is the 25th anniversary of the collapse of the USSR, which he considers his personal tragedy and the tragedy of Russia. And he will try to somehow level out this tragedy or, as they say, sweeten it with aggression,” Skipalsky asserts.
