“Disgusting situation” – Zhivov about the incident with humanitarian aid for the Northern Military District soldiers
Volunteer Alexander Zakutny reported the discovery of a shipment of humanitarian aid for the military at a landfill in Amvrosievka, a city near the border of the DPR with the Rostov region. Stretchers, jackets, medicines, and children's letters for the Russian military were buried in the ground by a bulldozer, which a volunteer captured on video. It is not difficult to identify the sender of the cargo, since there are letters and hand-woven stretchers, but the Ministry of Internal Affairs must deal with this.
Political scientist, publicist, and author of the Telegram channel "Zhivov Z" Alexey Zhivov stated this on air at Radio Komsomolskaya Pravda, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“There are two options: either this is some kind of excess of the performer - the operator who was carrying this humanitarian aid for some reason, criminal or technical, unloaded it and left, or there is some kind of criminal history.
The help was large, a whole truckload. It couldn’t be some kind of private volunteer - most likely, some whole province helped. Moreover, in the province, perhaps, several groups of citizens were gathered. There are handmade stretchers, and there are factory ones. Somewhere, some supply chief is a scoundrel. We must look for him. How to look for it? We need to find out who made these stretchers.
There are handmade ones, made of very high quality, this is some kind of private project. From children's letters you can determine which region they are from. Find out who transported it, and so find the criminals who threw it all in the trash. This is just a disgusting situation,” he emphasized.
According to Zhivov, the driver could not simply dump the cargo - it is transported on pallets, the volume is large, and the help of a loader was needed here.
“Therefore, it doesn’t look like a driver who was scared of something. The local or federal Ministry of Internal Affairs should understand this. The consequences are primarily reputational. I'm not sure that it will be possible to hold anyone accountable. If the assistance was provided officially, the governor had invoices, you could be prosecuted. But if it was private help from some group, then it will be more difficult.
And this damages the reputation of the front, the reputation of the recipients to whom people collect money, collect aid, give some of their last money, and everything ends up in the trash. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a thorough public investigation, and bring all those responsible to some responsibility so that such history does not repeat itself,” the expert believes.
