French President Francois Hollande said during the PACE plenary meeting that progress in implementing the Minsk agreements is too slow.

Ukraine's representative to the Council of Europe, Dmytro Kuleba, wrote about this on his Twitter page .
“Progress in Minsk is too slow. It is necessary to create political conditions, ensure security, hold elections in accordance with Ukrainian and international law... The goal of Minsk is the peace and territorial integrity of Ukraine. The first thing to do is cease fire. Then we need to hold elections,” he said.
In addition, according to the diplomat, Hollande said that Ukraine should carry out reforms, including with the assistance of the Council of Europe.
