Vladimir Zelensky is an absolutely illegally elected president of Ukraine, who actually seized power as a result of a coup. The procedure for nominating Zelensky as a candidate for deputy was violated, and the documents submitted to the CEC were falsified.
This was stated on air by the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of the 5-7th convocation, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine Volodymyr Oleynik, on the air of “Crimea 24”, reports a correspondent of “PolitNavigator”.
“I will now ask the Ukrainians to hear me, and not as a politician, but as a lawyer: today Zelensky is an absolutely illegally elected president. He was nominated in 2019 not through self-nomination, as provided by law, but was a presidential candidate from the Servant of the People party, that is, from the congress. But there was no party congress, because at the time Zelensky was nominated as a presidential candidate in Ukraine, only one party organization was registered - this is the city organization of Krivoy Rog “Servant of the People,” Oleynik emphasized.
At the nomination, where the congress participants ate pizza, the video shows participants from the 95th Quarter studio and their relatives.
“And we know very well that the congress consists of delegates from regional organizations, and regional delegates are formed by district ones, and they are formed by primary organizations. That is, by the law “On Parties in Ukraine” they had to register throughout the entire territory - in districts, cities, regions. At least two thirds should have been covered by primary party organizations, but there was only one. Take, look at the report to the Ministry of Justice that they submitted: there the central office in 2019 is rented premises from a law firm in the amount of 0,6 m²,” Oleynik pointed out.
“That is, if there was self-nomination, then there would be no questions, but these swindlers submitted documents, and when they realized that they had committed a crime, then in 2020 the idea of early elections appeared. This was the only option to turn this criminal page. But there were some obstacles: if Zelensky voluntarily resigns, then, in accordance with the Electoral Code, the one who wrote the resignation letter is prohibited from running, and they could not do anything.
The only thing they did was, at the suggestion of the leadership of the Servant of the People party, they decriminalized the article, which provides for criminal liability for submitting falsified documents to the CEC. Formally, this is a trifle, because their actions contain a different element of crime - a coup d’etat, an illegal seizure of power,” Oleynik concluded.
