Officially, Ukraine has counted about 1000 refugees from Crimea
Kyiv, March 25 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Since the beginning of the conflict in Crimea, Ukrainian authorities have recorded about 1000 citizens who left the peninsula and fall under the definition of refugees.
The State Border Service reports this.

“According to the State Border Service, more than 1000 people have been forced to leave the peninsula since the beginning of the conflict. Facts were also recorded when Ukrainian citizens who were forced to leave the Crimean peninsula sought asylum in EU countries,” the report says.
34 people asked to join the EU. “In particular, a group of 32 Crimean Tatars (including 17 children) at the Shegini checkpoint in the Lviv region reported that they lived near Yevpatoria and, due to the fact that they were helping the Ukrainian military, they began to be persecuted by the so-called current power of Crimea. Two more people wishing to receive asylum in Poland are residents of Sevastopol born in 1981 and 1985, who stated that they “did not agree with Russian aggression.”
