Odessa hospitals have been switched to a seven-day work schedule due to the measles epidemic spreading across Ukraine, according to the local publication Timer, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

It is noted that the Belgian measles vaccine was delivered to the clinics.

“During the period of increased incidence of measles, all children's city clinics will operate on Saturdays and Sundays as usual (until further notice). This measure is aimed at minimizing queues and ensuring accessible immunization of children against measles... Children's city clinics in Odessa have the MPC Priorix vaccine produced in Belgium against measles, mumps and rubella,” the message says.
