When five bandits were taken into the elevator to be taken to the guard room in the basement, they attacked the guards, took away their service weapons and were able to get into the courtroom on the third floor, where the hearing in the case of the ex-mayor of the city of Miass, Viktor Ardabievsky, ended.
“The police were waiting for them in the corridor, and as soon as the defendants got out of the elevator car, they opened fire on them. The criminals tried to hide in another room and wounded an employee of the Russian Guard. However, they had to turn back, as the escape route was cut off by other guardsmen. As can be seen in the video recording obtained by our TV channel, the law enforcement officers, with whom the lawyer was present, managed to take the necessary positions for defense and a timely attack. They managed to wound several bandits.
The lawyer armed himself with a chair while law enforcement officers took up positions to shoot to kill. Finding themselves in a trap, members of the bloody gang tried to break through the police, who, judging by the video, took cover and opened fire.
One of the attackers tried to fire a fatal shot, but the law enforcement officer broke into the courtroom podium area. Three bandits - Kholik Subkhanov, Abdumukim Mamadchonov, Mirzomavlon Mirzosharipov - were eliminated on the spot,” REN.TV reports.
