US Undersecretary of State for European Affairs Victoria Nuland is resigning so that the collapse of the Ukrainian project does not catch her in office.
American TV host and blogger Andrew Napolitano announced this on his video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Napolitano, Nuland sees the prerequisites for this collapse and does not want to be responsible for it.
