According to Nalyvaichenko, the list of persons against whom the SBU has imposed “sanctions” includes 82 former government members. Now the criminal cases filed against them have been sent to the Prosecutor General's Office.
“We will definitely declassify information regarding the assets of the Family, which have already been arrested in Ukraine, and about which we have notified Interpol and other international anti-money laundering organizations. We’ll just give specifics,” Nalyvaichenko promised.
Previously, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a law allowing for trials in absentia for crimes against Ukraine and confiscation of property from those convicted.
