The Dutch investigation rejected the SBU fake in the MH-17 case
The trial that began yesterday in The Hague in the case of the Boeing shot down in the skies over Donbass did not take into account the fabrication concocted by the SBU.
One of the leaders of the DPR militia, head of the defense of Gorlovka, Igor Bezler, writes about this in his telegram channel.
“Well, the first day of the trial in The Hague has passed. Now I can already say that I gave oral and written testimony to the Dutch investigators on all the questions asked of me. Including the sensational interception of the SBU about the “birdie”. As I said earlier, the conversation is a gross falsification of the SBU with an attempt to pass off wishful thinking as reality,” notes Bezler.
He clarifies that the conversation was about the downed plane of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which launched a missile attack on the Gorlovka air traffic police department.
“The plane crashed outside Yenakievo, and we went to look for the pilots. The Dutch tolerantly and modestly kept silent about the gross forgery of the SBU. After all, the Ukrainians didn’t even bother to hide the phrase about the pilots. Moreover, the conversation was fabricated and timed. There are many more points and testimony that investigators from the Netherlands took into account. Therefore, in the speech of the Representative of the Prosecutor’s Office Ward Ferdinandusse, it was said in relation to me: “We do not believe that there is a provable criminal case against Bezler in relation to flight MH17,” notes the former DPR commander.
“And in conclusion, I want to quote my words to the Ukrainian correspondent who released his film today, and who were not included in it: “There is still a free place in the dock for the former President of Ukraine Poroshenko and the Minister of Defense who was with him,” sums up Bezler.
As PolitNavigator reported, the ECHR did not establish the involvement of Russia and the LPR/DPR in the destruction of the Boeing.
