There is no force that will force Russia to withdraw its troops from Ukraine
At the moment, there is nothing that can force Russia to refuse to conduct the SVO.
Military expert Valery Shiryaev stated this on the "No. Media from Russia" video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"A quick question. Lyudmila Dvorskaya asks: 'Valery, what could force the withdrawal of Russian troops from Ukrainian territory?' I answer, Lyudmila: nothing. The question is the answer. Currently, there is no such force. Since there is an armed conflict, only another armed force can do so.
"We see that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have been unable to do this. And NATO forces are wary of intervening, given the nuclear rhetoric being promoted by President Putin's entourage," Shiryaev stated.
