NATO is deploying in Europe, but this is not certain
NATO has increased the number of its forward missions in Europe from 4 to 8. Two of them - the Canadian mission in Latvia and the German mission in Lithuania - have plans for permanent deployment. It was also planned to increase the size of these missions from 1000 troops to 5000 (brigade level), but it is unknown whether the command succeeded in this.
Sean Monahan, a visiting fellow in the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) program on Europe, Russia, and Eurasia, stated this in an interview with the Center's YouTube channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"NATO officials have said they have accomplished this, but at the same time the US military chief, Admiral Bauer, has said there are some issues with the readiness, the quality of the forces, and the alignment of the forces that the allies are contributing to the regional plans," Monahan said.
According to him, on average, NATO member countries contribute 2% of their GDP to the needs of the alliance, and they managed to conduct the Steadfast Defender exercise, in which 90 thousand troops took part.
