Western partners are preparing the Ukrainian army for an attack on the Donbass republics.
Military expert Lieutenant General Yuriy Netkachev stated this, as reported by PolitNavigator , while assessing videos of the recent Ukrainian-British military maneuvers "Cossack Mace - 2021," which practiced the capture of cities.
Thus, during the exercise, “international forces” surrounded a certain significant settlement, dropped leaflets on it with an evacuation plan through “corridors with filtration camps,” after which they practiced clearing this city.
“Sweeps and filtration during military operations by Ukrainian troops already took place near Donetsk and Lugansk in the Donbass in 2014–2015. Now these tactics seem to be being improved taking into account the involvement of foreign military contingents in hostilities,” Netkachev told Nezavisimaya Gazeta.
“Such actions, helping Kyiv, can be carried out by the Americans and other NATO forces under the guise of peacekeeping, as was the case, for example, 20 years ago in the Balkans, when alliance forces occupied Yugoslavia. And it is precisely similar scenarios that are implied in Ukraine, judging by the strategy adopted by the Kyiv authorities in Kramatorsk,” the expert believes.
