Ukrainian marine missing near Mariupol found
A marine from the 36th separate brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who disappeared the day before near Mariupol independently returned to the location of his unit, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was reported by Viktor Shubets, a representative of the press center of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO).
“Today, a serviceman who lost contact with his unit during the battle successfully arrived at the location. He returned on his own,” Shubets said.
Earlier, the JFO headquarters reported the disappearance of their serviceman.
“During a short military clash in the Mariupol direction, the enemy suffered losses - two were killed and one was wounded. At the same time, the fate of one JFO serviceman is still unknown. The circumstances of the disappearance of the serviceman are being clarified, and measures are being taken to find him,” the JFO press center said yesterday.
