“People’s donations to the army while oligarchs are alive is savagery” - Kedmi
Everything that is needed for the military personnel of the Russian Armed Forces should be purchased by the Ministry of Defense, and if there are not enough funds, it is necessary to involve Russian oligarchs in the business.
The ex-head of the Israeli intelligence service Nativ, military expert Yakov Kedmi, stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“I don’t think they took 300 thousand in order to hold positions, no, this is a mistake. This is for something completely different. They could have held on with what they had. They took it for another purpose. We will see this in mid-November,” the expert said.
“One more thing surprises me. You approve of those who donate to the army and buy this and that. This is wildness. Everything that soldiers need must be purchased by the Department of Defense. All. No private donations.
Want private donations? Maybe you can announce a loan if there is not enough money, and let the oligarchs lay out their money, which they have nothing to spend on. And let those who want to buy something for the army, let them buy a loan, and then the Ministry of Defense will decide if it does not have enough money,” Kedmi advised.
