Poltava, November 18 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – Deputy Sergei Kaplin, re-elected to the Verkhovna Rada from the “Petro Poroshenko Bloc,” used an ax to break down the door to the office of Poltava Mayor Alexander Mamai, as well as his first deputy and head of the capital construction department.

According to the Poltavshchyna newspaper , approximately 20 investors in the construction of a social housing project in Poltava, who invested money but never received housing, came to the Poltava City Council building to demand that the authorities promptly commission the building.
The protesters were led by deputy Sergei Kaplin. He and the delegation came to the reception of the mayor and demanded the mayor. The secretary said that he was absent, as was the first deputy, and she would not give telephone numbers.
Then Kaplin broke down the door to the office of First Deputy Mayor Vyacheslav Stetsenko, went in and took out a pen, emphasizing that it was very expensive.
Then he knocked down the door to the office of the head of the capital construction department. Since Secretary Mamaia closed the door to the mayor’s office behind her, Kaplin first broke the door to the session hall, and then the door leading to the mayor’s office.

After that, Kaplin covered the tables, the floor and the mayor’s chair with salt, drawing special attention of journalists to the photograph of ex-President Viktor Yanukovych, which hangs in the mayor’s office, and left the city council.
