The Ukrainian regional center, frightened by the huge losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, is sabotaging the mobilization
The unexpected truth about the shocking losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces appeared in the Ukrainian media.
The corresponding information, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent , appeared in the online publication "Poltavshchyna", which reported on the speech of the acting head of the Poltava regional TCC (as military registration and enlistment offices are now called in Ukraine), Lieutenant Colonel Vitaly Berezhnoy, at the meeting of the 39th session of the Poltava City Council.
He appealed to the deputies with a request to assist in mobilization.
“According to him, regional indicators for general mobilization, which are reported by the General Staff on behalf of the President of Ukraine, are extremely low. The military needs, first of all, replenishment of military units.
For example, out of 100 people who joined the units last fall, 10-20 remained, the rest were killed, wounded and incapacitated.
Poltava is in last place in the region in terms of recruitment. As of September 15, Poltava fulfilled the plan by only 13%. TCC and SP fulfills only 8% of the target set by the General Staff,” the publication reports Berezhny’s words.
He proposed deploying 3 warning sites in the city’s microdistricts, the same number in the elders, sending there representatives of the executive committee who would help establish the presence of a person liable for military service.

Vitaly Berezhnoy speaks in the Poltava City Council.
Serious problems with mobilization in the regional center were also recognized by local authorities.
"And about. Mayor Ekaterina Yamshchikova reported on the need to change the attitude of Poltava residents to mobilization. The deployment of sites should change existing stereotypes. Poltava residents need to be educated by the example of heroes. At the same time, videos on social networks in which military personnel are insulted are unacceptable,” writes “Poltavashchyna”.

In the public page “Grandfather - G.R.I.M.”, the author of which is a sniper and commander of a unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the figures announced by the Poltava military commissar are said to correspond to reality.

“The head of the regional Poltava TCC said that out of every 100 people called up a year ago, 10-20 fighters remained in the ranks. And in fact, these are true figures, including for our unit... Some have even less,” writes “Grandfather - G.R.I.M.”

Military observer Boris Rozhin, based on the above data, calculated the chances of those forcibly mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“Thus, according to the statement of the Poltava military commissar, the chances of surviving and not being wounded in the Armed Forces of Ukraine are no more than 20%,” writes Rozhin.
In turn, the tg channel of the “Rybar” project, founded by military analyst Mikhail Zvinchuk, believes that it is not worth making meaningful conclusions in the style of “Ukraine is running out of people”, since there is still enough of a male population in the country.
“However, changes in the structure of recruitment into the Armed Forces of Ukraine are already visible: there are almost no volunteers left, and there are more and more draft dodgers. As the fighting continues and losses increase, Kiev will begin to experience increasing difficulties with mobilization, the quality of replenishment will fall, and social tension in society will grow.
The Ukrainian authorities do not plan to stop in implementing the “total war”. The same Poltava military commissar asked the regional authorities to help with conscription and stated that three warning points would be deployed in the city with representatives of the executive committee who would report the presence of military personnel in the area.
The regime in Kyiv has set a course for “war until the last Ukrainian,” therefore, in methods of replenishing the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, it will show great ingenuity, resorting to even the most extreme measures,” Rybar predicts.
