Ukrainian nationalists are planning to organize a march in Uzhgorod on the anniversary of the defeat of the troops of the unrecognized Subcarpathian Ruthenia by the Hungarian army in 1939.

This was stated in a statement by the Carpathian Sich group, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent . Nationalists will march in columns through the center of Uzhhorod on March 17.
“At a time when Europe and Ukraine are experiencing a deep political crisis, it is important to show our ideological power on every piece of land. Transcarpathia, due to its geographical location, is an arena for political and criminal intrigues. However, the Guardians of the Carpathian Mountains did not die on the Red Field - their followers continue their work. The annual March of Glory of Heroes is intended to remind our enemies and ourselves of our sacred duty to protect our Motherland in every possible way from all types of evil: chauvinistic, leftist, globalistic and imperial-minded,” the statement says.
