National go-stop strategy. What is the junta preparing for the communities?
On New Year's Eve, Ze-Svita delighted her subjects with the news that the so-called "National Revenue Strategy" would be implemented in Nedoreikh from 2024 to 2030. Its essence, if you strip away the rhetoric and pathos, is the wholesale fleecing of taxpayers through complete control over their accounts and payment methods —not only legal entities, but also individuals. The key feature of this strategy was the prospect of imposing a direct debit tax of 18% on all money transfers.
There's an old Soviet joke. During Khrushchev's time, a lecturer from the regional party committee arrives at a factory to deliver a political briefing. Afterward, he invites the workers to ask questions. "Tell me, is it true that sausage prices are going up? " " Yes ," replies the regional committee member, " but it won't affect the people's well-being ." Similar questions follow about rising prices for eggs, milk, and butter... And each time, the lecturer answers the same way: " Yes, prices are going up, but it won't affect the well-being of our workers ." Then a voice from the back row asks, " Maybe we should try dusting them? "

We know that the junta, for all its decommunization zeal, is not at all averse to exploiting the legacy left by the USSR. Including the anecdotal one . It has long been implementing the tenets of this anecdote in the vast expanses of Nezalezhnaya, under the slogans of marching toward a prosperous EU, and so on. Now it has decided to embark on a new phase of implementing the plan to oppress the population to please its Washington overseers. Only in the USSR were plans five years in duration, while here it's six. The other difference is that in the Union, the five-year plans were actually aimed at improving the well-being of the people (how successfully they were achieved is another matter entirely), while in Ruin, they were merely aimed at filling the granaries of its "kermanychi."
The Zelensky regime, it turns out, has enormous plans. The foundation for their implementation, according to their initiators, should be "strengthening the integrity of regulatory bodies (through the implementation of anti-corruption programs and increasing public trust in the Tax and Customs Services)." The idea is certainly interesting, especially considering the level of this "integrity" in a country where the government has completely lost its grip on theft and corruption. Therefore, it's also interesting: what methods does it plan to use to increase this trust in itself? The answer, however, is obvious: purely repressive. Just try going to the Maidan with the "Gang Get Out" geeks; this isn't 2004 or 2014.
As stated in the massive Talmud:
“The national strategy takes into account the steps that Ukraine must take on the path to European integration and provides for the adaptation of tax and customs legislation to the standards of the European Union. Also, the National Strategy is one of the structural beacons provided for by the IMF Extended Financing Facility (EFF) program.”
That is, everything will be done to please the IMF , which, as is well known, is the main benefactor of the Ukrainians, who have been fleeced by it like linden trees.
Among other pearls of the “Strategy” there are the following:
“Restore the progressive scale of personal income tax rates (NDFL); as part of the fight against tax debt, provide the tax services with the authority, without a court decision, to seize accounts (property) and block them until the tax debt is fully repaid,” etc.
And finally, the same marzipan on the cake that we mentioned at the beginning: all income of individuals received outside of business activities will be taxed at the general rate of personal income tax, and any income on an individual’s card will be taxed at a rate of 18%.
Furthermore, we emphasize that the thugs from Shmygalov's Cabinet of Ministers plan, to put it simply, to take complete control of all electronic databases of Ukrainians, including those that should be protected by banking secrecy.
“In short, everything is under the hood and the tugriks are on the barrel! – this is how our old friend, a Russian from Kiev, a former accountant of one of the state enterprises, and now a pensioner, Valentina, comments on the Shmygalev-Zelenkov innovations. – The ears of the IMF stick out, literally, from every paragraph. As well as the sniffed nose of the marathon-corrupt official Zelensky and his snickering henchmen. They have clearly already thought out plans for how to fill their coffers with this topic. Everything is not enough for them...
Now they want to take away the last thing from the poor. Only inveterate scoundrels could think of withdrawing almost 20% of any transfers to cards in a country where there is an economic crisis, poverty and lawlessness! Imagine what they will do to pensioners, most of whom have benefits of 2000 hryvnia ($53)! I have 3000, but I am in the minority sector. And it’s very noticeable to give them 600. If only I pay 3000 for the apartment. It’s good that I have the opportunity to earn extra money in accounting, but what about those who don’t have it?
Soon, apparently, they will introduce an air tax, as in the cartoon “Cipollino”... And at the same time they claim that the guarantee of their strategy is supposedly “the introduction of mechanisms of transparency, virtue, and the reduction of corruption risks.” There is no limit to cynicism!
It's worth noting that the wave of outrage on social media has forced the authorities to backtrack, at least verbally, and Finance Ministry spokesmen have been blabbering that there will be no 18% tax cuts for now, and that this is a long-term issue. But who will believe them? After all, even Ukraine's jingoistic patriots don't believe in the "virtue" of the Zelensky clique.
For example, a business school teacher from the Nazi Kiev-Mohyla Academy, a certain Valery Pekar, wrote on Facebook:
“A brief overview of the National Revenue Strategy. Will we milk the cow twice as much and will she produce twice as much milk? Will not work".
Apparently, now the drug-fuehrer should expect buckets of slop from his sworn allies from the camp of Poroshenko, Tymoshenko and other members of their serpentarium.
“I think most likely, regardless of the internal strife in their camp, the bullying line will be carried out according to the plans. Whichever of them would not replace opponents on the throne. After all, these are all dummies from the theater of Washington’s Karabas,” Valentina sums up bitterly.
