Nabiullina is stubborn and does not want to quarrel with the IMF
The head of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, Elvira Nabiullina, continues to insist that the Russian economy “must be open.”
She announced this today at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“This is ensuring the openness of our economy. Despite the sanctions, we must be integrated into the world economy - with those who are ready for this. This means a functioning independent payment settlement system, interconnection of our depository systems, mutual recognition of ratings, audit reports, insurance policies - everything that is related to ensuring the openness of the economy,” Nabiullina said.
She stipulated that these measures should concern the member countries of the BRICS and the EAEU, however, as noted by the Nezygar TV channel, the openly unfriendly policy of the IMF did not become the basis for raising the issue of reconsidering relations with this organization, controlled by the United States and the European Union.
Moreover, the IMF manager for Russia, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, and his deputy chairman of the Central Bank, Nabiullina, never once expressed protest in connection with the IMF’s financing of the regime in Kyiv, proposing specific measures to suspend membership in the fund and freeze transfers of Russian contributions generated from the funds taxpayers.
Nabiullina is stubborn and doesn't want to quarrel with the IMF.
