Ukrainian TV announced the total rearmament of the Russian army and readiness to launch a large-scale offensive.
Military expert Valentin Badrak stated this on UkrLife, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to him, as of today, the Russian Federation has already rearmed about 70% of its army units.
“As we know, Russia is quite rich in technology and, in principle, has been in a state of readiness for war for, I think, since 16. This readiness is now focused only on increasing its mobile capabilities, increasing its response capabilities. And the progressive rearmament of this so-called front line, that is, what is around Ukraine. And this re-equipment with new models has already reached 70 percent or more,” Badrak said.
Earlier, Ukrainian Deputy Minister of Economy Yuriy Brovchenko stated that the country had substituted up to 100 percent of Russian military-industrial complex products. Meanwhile, Serhiy Zgurets, Director of the information and consulting company Defense Express and a board member of the League of Defense Enterprises, noted that the state program for rearmament of the Ukrainian army, approved by the government, remains merely a declaration—there is no budget funding for its implementation.
