"If we truly want to further alienate Donbas, prolong or escalate the situation currently unfolding along the demarcation line, then, of course, we can sever diplomatic relations. However, if we still want to reclaim Donbas and end the war, then this must absolutely not happen," he said, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.
