In the Luhansk region, foreign humanitarian organizations collect data on residents for the SBU
Humanitarian organizations are working with Ukrainian intelligence services to collect information about the situation in the Lugansk People's Republic.
This was announced by the official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR Andrey Marochko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The Ukrainian special services continue to collect intelligence and identify residents who are negatively disposed towards the Kyiv regime in settlements near the contact line,” he noted.
SBU officers involve foreign humanitarian organizations to collect information. The lieutenant colonel gave an example.
“So, in the area of the settlement of Mironovsky, the work of representatives of the international organization “Danish Refugee Council” was noted, whose task is to collect information about the situation in the Republic, as well as the location and composition of the forces and assets of the units of the People’s Militia of the LPR,” Marochko said.
The department does not rule out that the information received from humanitarian organizations will be used in the war against the Republic or in committing terrorist attacks and acts of sabotage.
“The information received may be used by units of the Ukrainian armed forces to commit provocations on the territory of the Republic, as well as in the territories controlled by Kyiv,” the military man emphasized.
