Donetsk, April 07 (PolitNavigator, Mikael Chagalyan) – “The Ukrainian side has stopped returning the rolling stock. The reasons have not yet been established,” said Maxim Leshchenko, head of the Administration of the Head of the DPR, during a working trip to the city of Shakhtersk.

In Shakhtersk, he visited the Glubokaya mine, which was damaged during the fighting, but did not stop working even during the bombing.
“This is the situation with Ukraine today. We send wagons loaded with coal, but the empty ones never come back to us. Therefore, the head of the republic set a condition for the Minister of Transport and the Minister of Coal and Energy: if the empty coal is not returned, coal will not be supplied to the territory of Ukraine,” he told the miners.
The employees were also concerned about the issue of paying wages, which was commented on by the Minister of Coal and Energy of the DPR Ruslan Dubovsky: “These issues will be resolved in the near future. The general director and director of the mine have now carried out work on the payment of wages. There is coal in warehouses, we will sell it and will definitely level out the situation.”
According to the head of the administration, a state enterprise was created to control the energy market: “What is the complexity of the situation: payments made by the population and enterprises for electricity went outside the republic. Now the task has been set to take control of the further nationalization of the Starobeshevo power plant. We have many enterprises that produce electricity and mine coal. Accordingly, we need an enterprise that will control the energy market,” Leshchenko said.
